Q What is InterConnect?
A InterConnect is an indicator of the levels of Employee Engagement in an Organization. It looks at two dimensions of the Employees Engagement with the Organization - Satisfaction and Motivation .

Q Why measure Engagement ?
A Measuring Engagement enables Organizations to identify specific actions to improve and prioritze action plans for improving Business Performance.

Q Who participates in "InterConnect"?
A All employees who have been in the Organization for at least a period of 6 months.

Q How long does this process take?
A Responding to the survey itself should take approximately 15 minutes. The data analysis would take about three weeks, once we receive all the responses.

Q Who receives my feedback?
A

Your individual feedback is not shared with anyone in your Organization.

The Manager Scorecard is a consolidated feedback of the responses of all Reportees of a Manager who receives 5 or more responses.

The Function Scorecard is a consolidated feedback of the responses of all employees of the Function provided 5 or more responses have been received.

The Organization Scorecard is a consolidated feedback of all responses received.

Functions & Managers receiving less than 5 responses do not receive any feedback.

Q Will anyone be able to see my response?
A No.
Your individual response will not be shared with anyone. It will be combined with all responses to form a consolidated feedback.

Q How will the Organization and Managers use the data?
A The Organization and Managers, who receive a Scorecard, are expected to use the results to create an action plan and seek intervention/ facilitation in order to enhance the engagement levels within the Organization, specifically in their own team.
